Sell your Houston property with the agent who knows the tax side

I'm Charos Peña, a licensed Texas real estate agent. I'm also a Texas Registered Property Tax Consultant (TDLR Reg. #13690), which most agents are not. In Houston, buyers shop the monthly payment, and property tax is a big part of it. I price your property with that in mind, answer the tax questions buyers and their lenders ask, and sell it.

Why the tax side helps you sell

Pricing with the full picture

I look at the sales comps and at how the appraisal district values your property, so the list price holds up when buyers and appraisers check it.

Answers buyers need

Buyers ask what the taxes will be after they buy. Your exemptions don't transfer to them, and the value can reset. I explain it clearly so it doesn't stall the deal.

Owners of commercial and rental property

For business owners and investors I also handle value protests and business personal property renditions, and I'm the agent when it's time to sell.

Thinking about selling? Get your numbers

Send the address. I'll send back what it would likely sell for and how the tax side looks to a buyer. Own commercial or rental property? I'll also tell you plainly whether a value protest is worth filing.

No outcome is guaranteed. Every protest depends on the evidence. Home value estimates and reviews are free; I'll tell you before any fee applies.

Questions
